Agile!!!!!

Live when you work,work is worship,do what you really enjoy,time management ,Self management , time for your family etc .. there are many these kind of philosophical statements in our day to day life , esp when you are into Information Technology business.

As a morale responsibility of ones boss , he has to preach these golden words to all his subordinates and one has to appreciate it, having said that do he really care whether his subordinates could practice all these or do he care that they have infrastructure to follow the same. In most of developing countries including India, i couldn't find any activities happening on behalf of well being of normal workers in IT world.

If i capture life cycle of normal Software Engineer's into a scene, it would look like

" Wake up in the morning not knowing what time it is, go for morning ablution with no idea what time he slept.

No time for breakfast since he is supposed to attend a conference call, where he don't have any role other than just to show off bcoz he is a team lead and he wont get good appraisal score if he don't show off. He is into Software world because he found fancy in developing software right from his school days till he gets into a "Indian software company", now he don't know anything about new developments in software world as he is a team lead and his main duties are like , 1) make sure that all his team mates report to him once they finish work
2) team mates should cc him on all mails
3 )Team mates should do the work what he said in priority "
etc ..
after spending rest of the day in figuring out "who delivered a bad code to onsite folks, since there was some problem in production env" , he is off to home by 9 o clock,on way the way stoped by a bakery had 3 chicken burger and 2 coke since he skiped the lunch as he was preparing PPT for his appraisal discussion. Now his mind is on his growing tummy, he was an athlete during school/college days . Now the fast food menu has made him a man of junk food.

Sleeping time........... dont know what time it is.. RIP.....

Is he really doing what he love to do? time for family ? personal life ? time management ? Life???Big NO to all.... For sure if we feel this way then he wouldnt be a fool to realize all these... guessed it right .. he feel like

1) Change company , since he want to have better salary.

2)Need better job sine his IQ is decreasing.

3)He want to stop this police work and to work for policing people.

Web 2.0

Jargon, a short cut to get first impression,weapon to piss off somebody,way to gain "boring speaker tag" for you.
This is exactly what you feel when you try to make your head around the web2.0. By now most of us might have used any one of web2.0 based application like blogging, mashups,youtube ,flicker,yahoo services etc obviously even while you read and i write the blog we all use web2.0 application. So it was always been in my interest to know more about it and help the community in all possible way to improve the quality of services.
The first phase of Web2.0 was RIA (Rich Internet Application) which mostly related to flash and Ajax,trying to take desktop interface and interaction to Internet world.Later on the concept of SOA picked up , the main idea behind SOA is to provide customers/end users with services they want in a better and more attractive manner. In order provide/expose the services to end users the philosophy SOA brought out the concepts like webservices,mashups,rss feeds etc..
The final and most important piece of WEB2.0 is social web, this terminology came out from shade only with the introduction of Internet and related applications.Social web is nothing but to make everything end user oriented give all kind of rights like tagging , blogging, comments to him/her there by improving the quality of the application.
Few tips to make your web2.0 application the best.
1)Have a rich user interface, Ajax the best in market.
2)Use a language that allow the development of webservices very easy.
3)The application should be very iterative,ie easy to add new features, easy to deploy and easy to enhance.

Note:- Explanation about all those Jargon would be followed, keep in touch.

Mixing!!!

Yes, all species under the sky try to find one or other way to mix.If one look evolution very closely ,he can observe the phenomenon of mixing extensively. The different mystical form of pollination dictate that "cross pollination" give birth to strongest plants and hence the species can survive the changing world. Only the best can survive and species must make sure that their offspring are the best. Mixing is a natural phenomenon it just happens ,its not being dictated , its not being commanded,it happens , it happened to all those species who could survive for long and will continue.

If one want to map the phenomenon(cross pollination) mixing to human beings ,then it wont take much time to understand that, its happening but very slowly and it will continue. Should humanbeings really worry about their survival ? should human beings worry about the survival of their children??
Yes!! if they really want to survive. Starting from Eskimos to people in death valley ,all in a way looking for their survival ,while former trying to adapt the climate change from cold to hot, later trying to adapt the change of climate from hot to hottest. How can these two variety of humanbeings can survive.

Eskimos
option 1:-Move to some other place where they can find a similar temperature.Now is there any place under the sky where these Eskimos can survive- i doubt.
option 2:-To have a offspring , who can survive the hot climate. - Mixing!!!

Same befits for Death valley!!!!!!

So no wonder, if you find only brown people on the face earth in some time from now. :) :)
Feel safe and happy , when you see a white guy holding a brown girl or black holding white.

Dont feel shy, just start mixing... its great fun and healthy.

Intro

Saturday afternoon, if you don't have a prior engagement or party or girlfriend or anybody you are looking forward to meet to night then thee alone knows what next. In my case i always make sure that Saturday afternoons are spent in a most unproductive way possible,there are n number ways to ruin your day few tips are ...
1) If you have Internet, then search some nonsense in you tube - make sure to avoid any scientific terms or for that matter any word that make sense while searching.
2)No Internet but mobile , oops you guessed it dial in some call center no: dont be in hurry make sure the no: is toll free.
3)If you dont fall under above category then you should be in some remote village - hoo god you are the luckiest people under the sky, my tip for you is to move around the neighborhood and also don't forget to enjoy near by lake and ponds.

Unfortunately today even though i fall under the first category i thought of doing something sensible, so friends her i am to share my thoughts about funny world around me. see ya tomo.
